Check the ring/silent switch on the side of the phone: when it is on silent, iPhones mute games too. Then tap the screen once; iOS only lets a game start its sound after a tap. If you left the app and came back, one tap brings the music back.

You can also check the Music button in the pause menu.

On your device only. Your islands, best score and monster pieces are stored by the app (or by your browser, if you play on the web). There is no account and nothing is kept online, so deleting the app or clearing your browser's site data erases your progress, and it doesn't carry over between devices.

Every island guards it differently: ring tombstone bells in order, brew a potion, balance a scale with two pumpkins, carry a key past Frankenstein, bounce a laser into a crystal, or put something heavy on the big button. Some later islands need two of these. After 30 seconds with the hatch still shut, the game tells you what to do.

Treasures and tools that roll out of reach hop back in by themselves after a moment, and if something you need disappears altogether, a new one drops in from the sky. Anything that falls into the open hatch counts, however it got there.

When your Frankenstein is complete, give it a name and tap Share to send the picture through your phone's share sheet, or Save image to keep it (on iPhone, choose Save Image in the sheet). The Facebook and X buttons open a ready-made post with a link to the game.

On the title screen, tap to start and pick the islands you want. During a game, open the pause menu and use the button under the island list. Each mode keeps its own progress.

Yes. Open the pause menu and tap any island you have unlocked, or Restart island. In Spooky Night, replaying an island re-rolls the body part it gives you.

Claw Island draws a little 3D scene, so very old phones can struggle. Closing other apps helps. On a computer, make sure your browser has hardware acceleration turned on.
